John C Higgins, Owner

The Northgate Company was founded in 1975 in San Rafael and purchased in 2002 by John C. Higgins. He started in 1983 as a cleaning and maintenance employee was promoted to warehouse manager and in turn to production and garage door installation. A native of Rohnert Park, John is a graduate of Cardinal Newman High, attended Santa Rosa Junior College as a business major and is married with one daughter. ”Besides his day to day work as the owner of Northgate Company, John consults with the customer to find what will work mechanically, what options are available and which product would give a home or business the optimum look and functionality. John believes in having his team cross trained in all areas of garage door operations from initial contact and estimate to final installation.

Casey Creedon, Sales

Eight yearsin the garage door business, Casey Creedon has become a journeyman technician with excellent problem solving skills. He has a reputation for listening to the customer’s concerns and is well known for both his knowledge and trustworthiness. He is married with two children, a native of Rohnert Park and spends his off-hours barbequing, fishing in Lake Sonoma and golfing.

Tom Graveson, Service Technician & Installer

As a service technician and installer, Tom puts his 20 years of knowledge and experience to work for Northgate Company as a master craftsman and problem solver. He started at Calwood Door out of high school and when they closed he walked across the street to Northgate Garage Doors. He is Petaluma born and raised and a father of two who loves fishing in his time away from work.
